I have been charged $17.08 for my cell phone since 2019.

But, from May 21 2021, you charged me $20.53 per month. Why ? Did you send me any notice about the price raise?

I do not agee with this price.

Please revise my monthly bill to $17.08 (taxes included).

    Thank you for reaching out to us. 

    Your original post has been edited as you've posted your private information on our public community. 

    Regarding your questions, we have e-mailed you on the 21st of May that the stabilization was over and your monthly plan will increase by $3. This increase shows that our stabilization has finished and all members that subscribed in that period had their plans increased with the respective amount. 

    You've been informed of this a month in advance by e-mail.
