How do I unsubscribe?
I tried to manage my account but I don't see the unsubscribe button. According to Fizz FAQ, it should be in the the manage section.

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I can see that your plan was already canceled automatically by our system because the moving order you had was not completed and you also did not reschedule.
If you no longer wish to have the plan the modem will have to be returned.
Attached you will see the return label that you need to provide to any Canada Post Office.
After they scan or enter the code manually they will see the address where to return it.

Hello,
On a side note, I will like to say that I had not gotten my first tech when he first showed up to later find out my door bell had no more batteries.
I waited a long time to get fizz again but now im with them and could not be happier.
SOmething to think about.
