Data not working outside of Quebec on Canadawide plan
Hey everyone! My partner is in Nova Scotia on a Quebec Fizz plan but she has Canada-wide but for some reason isn't able to use her data. Any insight into why this could be happening? Thanks :)

Has you partner tried the tips from the page "I’m outside my coverage zone and my mobile data isn’t working. Why?", in particular:
- Is there mobile data in your plan?
- Is your mobile data activated?
- Restart your phone
- Is the Wi-Fi function turned off?
- Does the phone choose the right network?
Also going in plane mode , waiting 30 seconds and going back in normal mode could do the work.

It should work!
Maybe try to manually connect to FIZZ-EXT network (on iPhone, you can do that under settings, cellular and then 'Cellular Network' or 'Network Selection').
Some says this can also has something to do with your phone blocking roaming. Maybe worth a try!

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
If your friend already tried the suggestions our members provided and still encounters issues, the best would be to connect to a WIFI network and reach us personally so we can try some manipulation.
He can reach us from any of our FAQs from the green questions mark on the bottom right-hand side.
