New voicemail doest not work
Since the new voicemail activation, i cannot acces to it. I press 1 and them a message indicate that there is one message. Then nothing happen. I cannot listen to the message and when i press any number, nothing happen. I need help from a fizz employee please!!!!!! Anyone reading????

We're truly sorry to hear about this situation. I can recommend rebooting the phone and then retry to access the voicemail.
