Purchased phone with paybright not appearing in "My phones"
Hello,
Today I purchased a new phone through fizz website which directed me to paybright. I finished entering all of the requirements and they accepted my request and managed to purchase the phone. When I look on my Fizz account, under the section "My Phones", I only see my old phone and cannot see any new purchase or shipping information on the Fizz website. Is this normal ? Should I be able to track the shipment of my phone through the Fizz website or are Paybright the ones who are taking care of the shipping and everything ?

You phone will appear on the My Phone when you will but your sim card in it :)

Hello,
I recently purchased a phone from Fizz (I did not use Paybright though). In my case, my new device appeared in the "My phones" section, only when I received it. As soon as the phone is shipped from Fizz, you should see the tracking information in your account, home page. Mine was shipped with FedEx and I received it within 3 days.

Phone option display only the phone used currently.
So when you start using said phone the page will display the new phone.
