Log in my account

I am trying to log into my account and when I try, this message appears. I can't even enter my password. I cannot see my account and my data. Can someone help me with this?

    We're so sorry to hear this. I kindly recommend to retry from another device, such as a computer, in Incognito/Private mode on your browser. I also suggest to directly try to login with the email associated to your account and password, rather than use a social media account or Google, for example.
