What does activation pending mean?

What does activation pending mean? Because I was able to use my mobile data but I can’t ask for more now. Its been 10 days since I am using my phone, so why is it saying the activation is pending?

    Hello Jessyka, 

    I have checked your Fizz account and I could see that your transfer was registered and was confirmed and completed from our end. However, the system did not complete the order directly. Because of this, I have created a ticket for our technical team to investigate the account and your transfer. As soon as they will have news we will let you know via mail. 

    You can also follow up the process of the ticket by going to My Settings > My tickets.
