I have checked your Fizz account and I could see that your transfer was registered and was confirmed and completed from our end. However, the system did not complete the order directly. Because of this, I have created a ticket for our technical team to investigate the account and your transfer. As soon as they will have news we will let you know via mail.
You can also follow up the process of the ticket by going to My Settings > My tickets.
Please accept our apologies for this situation.
You are able to use your services partially until the transfer order is fully completed. You can also contact our support department by clicking on any FAQs, such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line , the question mark that's on the right-hand side of the browser.
