Change appointement for wifi

Hi

I have fizz wifi and i moved it to another place so i took an appointment for tomorrow morning but i can't because my new house is not ready yet.

I want to cancel it and take another one but i cant find where or where i can contact you for help.

It's really so hard to contact you!
