I am not receiving phone calls.
I am not able to receive incoming calls. They go directly to voicemail, or are rejected all together. I can make calls, and send/receive text messages. I am not a new fizz member, I joined last year.
This is what I have tried so far to fix the issue:
- restart the phone/full shut down
- #21# to cancel all call forwarding
- connected/disconnected several bluetooth connections
- assured no call barring/call forwarding
- phone is not in airplane mode/do not disturb
- cleared phone app cache

We're truly sorry to hear about this situation. Checking your account, I see the plan is active and in good standing. Apart from the troubleshooting steps tried so far, please also disable automatic network search to manually connect to Fizz EXT then back to Fizz, testing the service on both networks but making sure you lastly remain on Fizz.
Depending on your device, you will be able to do this from:Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Carrier → Fizz EXT then Fizz
