I have canada-wide coverage for mobile data, but it is not working outside of Quebec.

Currently in Ontario and it is not working. Updated my phone and APN settings (automatic), turned on airplane mode, restarted phone several times, still no internet. Please help!

    Did you enable data roaming? if so you may have to contact fizz from a previous post the person had done the below:

    ""I had to delete the FIZZ MMS APN so that manually typing the settings on FIZZ INTERNET could be saved (MMSC was in conflict). I also had to leave the network as LTE''

    The only explanation I might have is that data-roaming is not turned on. Make sure it is.

    If the problem persists, make sure you reach to to Fizz Support (My settings--> Contact Forms--> Green Chat Bubble).
