I have canada-wide coverage for mobile data, but it is not working outside of Quebec.
Currently in Ontario and it is not working. Updated my phone and APN settings (automatic), turned on airplane mode, restarted phone several times, still no internet. Please help!

Thank you for letting us know about this.
As the others have suggested, you might want to check if your Data Roaming option is turned ON as you have Canada coverage under your plan so you should be able to use your Data in this manner.

Did you enable data roaming? if so you may have to contact fizz from a previous post the person had done the below:

The only explanation I might have is that data-roaming is not turned on. Make sure it is.
If the problem persists, make sure you reach to to Fizz Support (My settings--> Contact Forms--> Green Chat Bubble).
