A referral code can only be used for one's account first service.

You could open a second account with a different email address to put both of those phones to benefit of the referral bonus. (or 3 accounts for that matter but I think the child must be of adult age). Mind you, you level up faster in the My rewards program when you combine all services under the same account.

Think also that you cannot split an account once the child wants to full on his own. Some good points about this and other factors to read while you site on a terrace:

    Hi Michelle,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I can see that you transferred a number from Koodo under the account where you have the Internet plan.
As a result, the referral code couldn't be used there.

If you didn't transfer your son's number from Koodo yet, I'd recommend you follow the advice Idefizz  gave and create a separate account for your son so you can use your referral code under his Fizz mobile plan:

If you want to talk directly to your customer service team, you can contact us via Live chat or Facebook Messenger for example.

You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.

Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.
Here you can find more information about how you can do that: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    Thank you for your consideration.
    Have a good one!
