ERROR: Failed to send message

I am receiving continuous "Failed to send message" when sending texts.

I am unable to receive texts.

Calling in and out is OK.

Tried restarting my phone a few times; still not working.

    We're sincerely sorry to hear about this situation encountered. We kindly recommend to try now once more to reboot your phone and once it's back on, if there's still a situation, to disable automatic network search to manually connect to Fizz EXT, then back to Fizz. Depending on your device, you will be able to do this from:

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Carrier → Fizz EXT then Fizz

    Same here. A lot of people are having the same issue today according to the community board.
