I'm guessing you have an iPhone, but it may be a generic reaction to being unable to connect to the network.

I suggest you speak with customer service (via chat or FB messenger).

It sounds familiar for me, when Fizz give us "promotion price". I guess it's just system problem.
To prove this, swap to other phone temporally. If it's same , then it's Fizz system problem.
If it's back to normal, then check your phone setting.
