My cell data stops all the time. It was working fine before.
All of a sudden my data has stopped working. It will come on from time to time, for an hour, then disapear.

can you think of a change on your phone that happened before this problem occurred? A phone drop, phone reset, ...
Were you traveling at the time or near the edge of your coverage zone?
Do you now live at a place that could have some interference?
The following tips could help:
- "Airplane mode" and "offline mode"
- Mobile network selection
- Restart your phone
- Make sure your phone’s APN has been correctly configured
- Removing & put back the SIM card. This might required you to review your APN settings which is a good thing to do anyway. The procedure is at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
- Test the network using a different phone
- Reset your phone’s network settings
Other tips coming from https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-my-phone-to-access-the-internet are probably not related but hey they could hint you to a solution:
- Activate mobile data
- Deactivate the Wi-Fi
- Test with several websites and apps
- Check if you have a data usage limit
- Verify your plan

I can see from my end that you currently have no Data left under your remaining plan.
The last portion of it was used on May 19th.
I can also see that you chose to deactivate this plan.
