Can't send MMS (again)
Hi,
I have a new fizz number (and SIM card) in my old cell phone.
While configuring, I realised that I couldn't send images (mms).
So, I went to your forum and did what was recommended there (I have an iPhone, so it was basically just updating my IOS and then hitting the Yes button on the carrier settings update).
BUT the carrier pop up never showed up. So I did the next step which was going in the « about » tab and waiting 30 seconds for it to pop up.
It never did.
Soooo wat am I supposed to do now? I remember that, with my last company, I wasn't able to send mms either. Maybe it's when I activated my new SIM card? Maybe I didn't follow the steps in order?
Please help!

In case you did not know, sending MMS requires mobile data (plan, upgrade, perk or wallet).
If with your last company there was no MMS, then maybe it isn't about activation step but the phone itself.
Are you able to use mobile data at all?

Otherwise there is a lot of troubleshooting tips on this page:
- Are there text messages in your plan?
- Is there mobile data in your plan?
- Restart your phone
- Type the number manually
- Is the maximum capacity reached?
- Install the latest software update
- Is the phone blocking text messages?
- Make sure your phone’s APN has been correctly configured
- Test with another phone (keep in mind that removing the SIM card might need you to revise the APN settings again)
- Test another provider's SIM on your phone (from a family member, close friend, ...)
If none of this works and you are using an old iPhone, have a look at this thread: https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/1831837/setting-apn-iphone . Be aware that you must know what you are doing with third party softwares, even Apple's.

with no data cell MMS not working. Wifi doesn't help.it happen to me. also the size of MMS it can be too large but there will be a message.
