I cancelled my WiFi but was still charged
I cancelled my Wifi early May, since I would be charged in mid May. I received all the appropriate messages stating that I must return the modem by early June. But a few days ago I was charged for an upcoming month of Wifi. This must be a mistake and I would like to be reimbursed. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us.I can see that you ordered the unsubscription for your Fizz Home Internet plan on April 20th and selected the service deactivation date for
May 21st.
Naturally, as your plan payday is set on the 12th of the month, you were charged for the current payment cycle on that day.You will be refunded in a pro-rated fashion for the last days remaining in the current payment cycle i.e from May 13th to May 21st.
