Roaming and phone is not functional
Currently in USA, roaming not working. I have no data, no voice, no sms or mms.
Using an android phone. This phone has previously worked. I added funds to my wallet and expected my phone to work.
Steps tried:
- Reset network settings and manually set apn.
- Manually select the network, I can successfully connect to ATT but get a portal that points to fizz.ca/en/jail. I am imable to connect to any other carrier. I get an IP address but no network. When i place a call,I get an automated error from AT&T telling me to dial 611 or call THEIR customer service line. This followed by a text directing me to the addon website for fizz even though my wallet has funds.

I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.
I can see that under your mobile plan you have Quebec coverage and under your Fizz Wallet you have added 20$ for the USA usage so you should have the ability to use your Data and SMS services there this way.
Roaming calls (incoming or outgoing) will be available at a later time. We will update this FAQ when we have a firm date:
