Hi I received data from a family member on my profile on my computer it says I have a total of 8G but on my phone I only have 2G and my data warning just turned on as I have 2G included in my deal. It's like the data gift was never entered in my phone but it is well placed in my account. I would like to know how to access this extra data please. Usually I received a link in a text message but I didnt receive anything...

    Usually phones have a built in data control cap. Basically the software warns you once you cross a certain threshold of data. This is not connected to your actual subscription. It’s just the phone doing it. You can flexibly change the threshold on you phone. Hope this helps :)
