Internet down in Hull/Gatineau since around 5:00 PM.

Internet has been down since 5 PM and I tried restarting the modem a few times as well as connecting with Ethernet cable but nothing works. Lights keep blinking. Internet has been problematic past 2 weeks, need a fix as it's affecting my work.
