Never received my card sim
I ordered my card sim the 09/05/2021, but I never received it. Indeed, the status of my order on my account was mentioned that the delivery was done By "Planet Courrier" and It was signed by the door next to mine. I asked the neighbor about it but He didn't received it as well.
Could you please find out what is the problem and text me back.

this forum is dedicated to mutual assistance between customers. Although Fizz will take a look at it eventually, you will have a much more prompt and informed response by chatting with them. They will not be texting nor calling you.
Regarding your issue, simply chat with Fizz to explain the situation and issue a refund request.
They should invite you to get a new card in the meantime. 2 ways to do that:
- order online like you did, or
- buy it in store at a Couche-Tard or UQAM's COOP : https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores
To chat:
- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
- Click it, options will be displayed
- Choose "Chat"
- Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
- Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo
- After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.
ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private. The advantages of Fizz tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.
