Billing: price difference from 30 mbps to 60 mbps
I am looking into upgrading my internet speed from 30 mbps to 60 mbps (unlimited). On the previous screen, it’s from 40$ to 45$. When I attempt to save the changes, the next screen (screenshot above) shows a 15.49$ increase. Can someone explain the breakdown? Thank you!

Not sure about the previous screen. But if you are currently paying $42 (w/ tx), it is because prices increased since you subscribed to that 30-plan. It is currently 45$+tx. Any change and you will loose your privileged pricing.
The desired 60Mbps is priced correctly at $50+tx at $57.49 .
