Thank you for reaching out to us.
After you added a new payment method information on your Fizz account, you need to select it as the default payment for your plans under My plans->Manage plan->Payment method for both of them. Then you need to manually pay for them by using the Make my monthly payment button.
This process is not done automatically and needs to be done by you.
In order to update the payment method on your account, please go to My Settings → Payment Methods and click on Add new payment method:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information ( this is what you did so far )
Following this, go to My Plans-> Manage Plan-> Payment Method and there you will be able to set it as default. Then click on the Make my monthly payment green button to manually pay for your plans.

If you missed a payment, and corrected itℹ️, try one of these:
- restart your phone, turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF
- turn ON Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz as a carrier, turn OFF the Wi-Fi
- make sure that your OS is up to date
- and if neither of these steps helps you out, pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings (check your APN settings at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn)
ℹ️So you know:
once your payment method has been added to your Fizz account, you must associate it to each plan you want to pay with that card. That is not done automatically. To associate your payment method to each of your plans:
1. Log into your Fizz account.
2. Select the plan, and click on Manage/Payment method
