Why is the " make a payment " button\option greyed out ?

Added another CC to my account, however the option to pay is greyed out.


Any suggestions ?


I need this phone line ASAP...

    Chat with Fizz to fix this. They'll tell you is happening or might have to open a ticket for you.

    According to a Whizz in the following French thread, a grey button means it is blocked maybe because the client failed at doing a manual payment.

    Chat bubble is the best tool to reach Fizz. To chat:

    1. Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
    2. Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
    3. Click it, options will be displayed
    4. Choose "Chat"
    5. Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
    6. Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo 
    7. After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.

    ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private. The advantages of Fizz tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.

    I don't understand why its so hard for Fizz to provide readily available billing or technical support for their customers.


    Like yeah I messed up, but it shouldn't be that complicated to obtain support or to be able to pay your own bill to unfreeze your account.

    I agree, Fizz is always a bit problematic with their payment. Sometimes there are issues for now good reason. Usually its quite a long process to get payment issues fixed.
