Hi! I cannot use data and connect to the Fizz Network since I subscribed and put in my new simcard

Ever since I switched to Fizz and put my new simcard roughly a month ago, I cannot use data. I can make and receive texts and phone calls, but must connect to wifi in order to use internet. I never received the two texts meant to configure APN, nor was I able to resolve the problem by doing it manually. I've made other verifications, but nothing seems to work. Can someone help me with this issue?

    Apologies for the unpleasant situation.

    Firstly, please verify through the link bellow if your phone is compatible with the frequencies required for the mobile data to work properly.

    If you are using an iPhone, you do not have to configure the APN settings, but you will need to make sure that you have the latest iOS and Carrier installed on your phone. I suggest to perform a quick power reboot to your phone and after that have the airplane mode turned on for 30 seconds then turn it back off and test again to see if the issue persists.
