Router not connecting to internet

Hi,

Title. the middle light that indicates the router is on is on, but will turn off after a few minutes of the router being on. the rest of the lights remain on consistently. devices can connect briefly, although there is no internet connection, and then drop soon after.

I worry this has something to do with the fact that my card was rejected on the first of may (i deactivated my card because i lost my wallet) and so i quickly swapped the plan onto a different card. that card has not been charged.

please help, i work from home and am actively causing problem by missing meetings.

    Apologies for the unpleasant situation.

    From what I see, yes, your services are being frozen due to failed monthly payment. 

    Please make sure that the card you wish to add on your Fizz account meets the requirements to work with us, listed on the link bellow.

    After that, you will have to add your new card from My account- My settings- Payment methods, then head over to My plans- Manage plan- Payment method and set your card as default then wait for the " Make my monthly button" to turn green by the end of the day.
