Fizz charged me twice this month and cannot reach anyone

I am sorry to hear about this.
I just verified all your plan and I can't see any double charge.
I can see that you have 2 mobile plans that renew on the same and for the same amount.
Maybe that caused the confusion? You can verify this from My plans > transaction history.
