Everything working well except my mobile data (LTE)? Help?

First of all, I'm a graduate of computer science, I know what I'm doing.

I tried to contact Fizz by Messenger and Twitter but I only get some useless answers by bots so here I am.


Anyway, here's what I did already and what works/doesn't

  1. Checked with my old SIM if it was my phone that wasn't working for some reason: Nope
  2. SMS and Calls work
  3. Since I didn't receive the network parameters I went to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn to resend them. It can't send them for some reason so I did it manually. Still Doesn't work
  4. I get 50Kbps (upload) during 1sec when I switch to my mobile data

    Hi Shietfek,
    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I can see that your plan is currently active and running. You also have quite a few GB of Data left on it as well.

    If you cannot use your Data, please follow these steps here:

    Please first restart your phone, turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF, turn ON Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz as a carrier, turn OFF the Wi-Fi, make sure that your OS is up to date and if neither of these steps helps you out, please pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings.

    Also check the APN settings. Usually an indication that something is wrong with the APN settings.
