Seems like my account have not been reactivated

I missed my first two payment this month and followed the two steps to reactivate my account so on my account it said that I have 5 g of data left so it seems that my account has been reactivated but I cant text anyone and my data is not working, I was wondering if someone could help me out

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I can see that your plan is currently active and running. You also have quite a few GB of Data left on it as well.

    If you cannot use your Data following your plan's unsuspension, please follow these steps here:


    Please first restart your phone, turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF, turn ON Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz as a carrier, turn OFF the Wi-Fi, make sure that your OS is up to date and if neither of these steps helps you out, please pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings.
