no one showed up for my internet installment appointment but I have only received reminder emails
I waited around for the entire duration of my appointment today after receiving two reminder emails for my appointment however no one showed up, I wasn't ever contacted by fizz after the reminder emails so im not sure what happened. I payed for my wifi to be installed and had to stay past curfew and still no one came to install my internet. what should I do and if I have to schedule a new appointment how do I do that

I am really sorry to hear about this situation.
The technician most likely encountered difficulties at the previous address but you should have been notified.
In order to reschedule you will have to wait 24 hours from your last appointment.
After 24 hours the reschedule button will be visible from My plans > manage plan > appointments.
