Wifi issues, out of data. Please help!
Hi, normally I don't have data issues but yesterday I noticed my phone started to only connect to data and no longer wifi (Ethernet works, but not wifi...)
Was using data for desperate measures in a conference call for work this morning but I disconnected and learned I'm out of data already.
Would really appreciate if anyone with extra data could help me out, I'll do my best to return the favor on my next month! 🙏

Are you using Fizz' modem as a router as well?
If so:
- rebooting it could quickly help
- Deactivate Band Steering as described at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-wi-fi-technologies-used-fizz#2
- Deactivate ATF as well
- Manually select your modem's Wi-Fi channels as described at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it#5
