Iphone12 reconnect lot of time during whatsapp Video Call

Hi,

I have Iphone12 and having lot of issues with whatsapp Video & Audio call. I restarted the Modem and also reset my Iphone12 Network setting, still having the same issue. Lot of reconnecting during Video and Audio call through whatsapp

    We're sorry to hear about this situation encountered. I kindly wish to inform you that I checked and there are currently no maintenance works in your area to affect the service. Given that you mentioned it's regarding Whatsapp video calls, I can recommend doing this from a computer over Ethernet not Wifi, since it would offer a much stronger connection. I also recommend while doing this, to disconnect your other devices from the network since the current plan may not be enough for video calling.

    Is it only WhatsApp? Did you try FaceTime? If it is only WhatsApp then it’s most likely a problem with the App.

    The CODA Modem Fizz provides is notorious for causing issues. I use mine only in bridge mode. The best thing would be to buy your own router. It’s one purchase and you are good for the next couple of years. Since I’ve done that I get even more than the advertised speed.
