Double billed
Hi,
It seems that I have a charge to my account on April 7th of 39.85$ for something that I am not aware of. All my other services have been charged as usual. Is there a fee I was not aware about?

Most fizz support agents are common: Good attitude but not knowledgeable.
Please go to my profile -- contact us and send them a screen shot of double charge.
They can work on it after. Otherwise they will simply answer "no double charge" until you are lucky enough to find an experienced support.
