Can't change payment method

Hi so i got a new credit card that i did activated but when i try to change my payment method it still won't change and says thats i need to call the emetteur of my credit card

I am sorry to hear about this.
If you are trying to use Canadian Mastercard or Visa that accepts recurrent payment it should work.

I would also recommend contacting your bank service.
