We're so sorry to hear about this situation. I checked and the line is active and in good standing, after the payment passed. I kindly recommend in this case to reboot your phone and once it's back on, turn airplane mode on for a few seconds, then back off.
Another manipulation you could try would be to disable automatic network search and try to manually connect to Fizz EXT, then go back to Fizz and test your services. Depending on your device, you will be able to do this from:Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Carrier → Fizz EXT then Fizz
