Somebody else use my phone number, could you find what's happenned?

It seems like someone else has the same mobile number with me. Could you find on your side, if there are two persons using the same number? I want to talk with some real peson who can solve my problem. If not, tell me how i can cancel my compte with Fizz.

    Fizzy over here presented the situation to you very good, indeed, have you tried to call yourself from another phone to see if your phone rings or your friends and family said that they received calls or text messages from your number?

    You could opt for changing your phone number from My plans->Manage plan->Change phone number and see if the situation continues afterwards.

    Why do you think another person has your number?

    Have you tried calling your number from another phone? Does it ring on your phone?

    Are people saying that they are receiving calls from your number, when you didn't call them? In this case, it is call spoofing and it can happen to anyone.

    If there is a problem with your number and you do not want to keep it, you can change it for a new number (at no charge to you).

    Its look to me somebody as cloned your sim card ? Can a friend of you have the capacity to do that ?
