What us happening with my internet?

Been 6 hours im waiting for my internet to work.. my payment is good and processed i got the message it is reactivated but nothing works since 9:56 this morning. I tryed reboot, and restart the modem no results.

Customer service is ghost town or what? Someone help please im paying 68,99$ /month for nothing right now.

    We are client just like you here not the customer service.

    Its take about 2-3 hours and after restard your modem and you should be good.

    If its not the case just contact the support with the ? or Facebook messengaer.

    Here in this forum, we are users just like you. Usually it takes 2-3 hours for the service to be restored after reactivation. However, since it still isn‘t working, I suggest you reach out to support. They might be able to help you. My plans —> Contact Forms —> Green Chat Bubble.
