    We're sorry to hear about this situation encountered. I checked your account and currently, both your mobile and internet plans are active. I can recommend to reboot your phone and once it's back on, make sure only mobile data is on and Wifi is disabled, in order for everything to work smoothly.     Hi, since 2 days ago when im not connected to wifi I don’t have internet in my phone, I thought my data was over but I checked today and I do have data... any help?
