my phone does not recognize my sim card
Hi, since 2 hours, my phone does not recognize my sim card. I have fizz since 2 months and I never had a problem before. I also have a new iPhone, so I don't think the problem is the cellphone. I try to restart my cell multiples time and I also took out and put back my sim card several times. I kind of stuck here and don't know what to do :( !

Apologies for the unpleasant situation.
Have you tested the Fizz sim card in a different phone as well to see if the issue persists in a different phone? Also, does your phone give you a pop-up message that requires a network unlock PIN code? A few more details can be found here:

There has been multiple reports about network issues since this morning at Rogers but https://downdetector.ca/ shows a trend amongst many.
Maybe this is affecting you as well?
I'm able to send SMS and calls. Maybe it is fixed or intermittent or geographically based.
Maybe try to choose a FIzz-EXT and come back?
Or go in airplane mode for 30 seconds and come back.

I know that currently there are some network problems. So maybe it is connected to that. If you phone gives you an error message then there might be something wing with your sim. In that case, you might have to order a new simcard or go to a Couche Tard (In QC) to buy one. Fizz support will refund you the money for it.
