My sim?

You should be able to use your SIM again. How long has it been since last active? I do not remember Fizz' policy but some provider put expiry date of 12 months on SIM cards.
The activation code is written on the SIM card.
If you are referring to a PIN codes, know that there are both a PIN code and a PIN2 code associated to SIMs.
This PIN code is written on the card[...]
[...]
The PIN2 code is rarely used, and use depends on your phone's features. [...] protects access to specific features; for example, it activates your phone's restricted directory
[...]
IMPORTANT! If you type 3 incorrect PIN codes in a row, your SIM card will be blocked
If your SIM card is "blocked", there is a way to unblock through your account settings:
To unblock your SIM card, you must enter a PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code.

OK so my comment went into the moderation realm (Hello @Whizz aren't the rules a bit too sensitive? 🤔).
Until it comes back, your SIM should be OK. So have a read about SIM, PUK, PIN and PIN2 codes, ...

Hi Kun,
If your account has been suspended/inactive for a few months, you will need to activate a new account.
The same SIM card is good to use again for a new activation, but you will need to know the activation code.
If you don't have the activation readily available, you can contact Fizz support by Live Chat for help:
- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
- Open a help link page above from Fizz Solution Hub such as: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
BTW when you activate the first plan of a new account, you are eligible to receive the referral credit.
If you need a referral code, there is a list here: https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2198337/this-is-the-place-for-your-referral-codes-here-and-only-here/p25
You can choose mine or use the code of someone who has helped you. 😃

Theoretically you can use the same simcard. However, since you don't have the activation code anymore, you will have to buy a new simcard unfortunately.

I think it doesn't actually matter... Maybe you can find the place where the sim card was?
