If you want to replace your phone with a new one, just move the SIM card to the new phone.
If you want a new phone to operate on your account at the same time as your current one, you need a new sim card and a new plan.

If you want to have a new number, you will need a new simcard. Fizz currently doesn’t support the option of changing your phone number on the same sim. You’d old try to reach out to support and ask them. Maybe they are able to help you manually.

I believe you have to go through the process of your mobile plan from the fizz website (not connected) then when they ask you if you have an account, you login.
