internet is down , chat doesn't work

pretty useless when your internet is down and the only way to contact someone (chat) doesn't work.

Tried with 3 different web browsers.

    Regarding the chat, I can recommend testing in Incognito mode as well on your browser, then go to any of our FAQ pages, click on the green "?" bubble from the lower right corner, then choose chat.
