Sim card not connecting to cell network

Hi

I've just followed the transfer cell number tansfer instructions and completed the transaction but my Fizz SIM does not connect to the cell network. Tried my old Sim and and it still connects. I have an Iphone 7s. Can you please help?

    Do you answer the SMS on the old ?

    Its take some time to complte the transfert (about 2 hours)
