    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    Can you please tell me if you tried restarting the phone? 
    Also, are you able to test the SIM using a different phone?

    Maybe your cellphone is defective. Do you get signal ? Do the phone saif emergency call only or no sims ?

  • No, I can use it, use internet as well but no calls no text is possible to make. I can receive them thought!!

    Hi Sarahcatherineg,

    If you have already followed the advice given above and you already tried restarting your phone, you could also try the following: do a manual network search, choose Fizz EXT, wait a few seconds and then come back to the Fizz network and try to call and send texts.

    Here are two examples depending on your phone type:

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search for

    iPhone: Networks : Settings → Operators / Settings - Cellular data - Network selection - Disable automatic selection.

    If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

    3- open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub

    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    I can see that there was an issue with the payment but now the line is active.
    From our side, everything looks ok. 
    Can you please try to manually switch networks and test Fizz.Ext? 

    The steps for disabling your phone to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Search → Fizz.Ext

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Search → Fizz.Ext

    If it works while connected to Fizz.Ext please switch back to Fizz and this one also.
