Apologies for the encountered issue.
After registering the new card on your account, have you made sure that it was set as default payment method in My plans- Manage plan- Payment methods as well? The card needs to be set as default manually for the plan as well after it is added on the Fizz account in order for it to be used for the recurring payments.
Also, make sure that there are no rejections on your bank's end for the payments towards us.
