    Hi Ecleroux

Yes this is completely normal during a call with Fizz mobile.

They do not offer calling with LTE or features like VoLTE

    Welcome to Fizz!

Yes, do not worry about it. It's completely normal. Fizz does not offer calls over LTE (VoLTE). They still utilise the 3G Bands for calls.

That'a also the reason why your phone needs to support different bands. If Fizz had VoLTE then you would use the same band for both data and calls and thus your phone would only need to support one specific band (or less bands).

    Hi ecleroux,
The connection to the network, 3G,4G, LTE, will change depending on your location to better suit the functionality of the services.
What you're experiencing is normal, no worries, as the others have also confirmed.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

    Have a good one!
