Why can't I receive any pictures by SMS?

I receive messages that contain images and am told to download them but they never do. The loading icon just keeps spinning and after a while it says that it was unable to download the picture. I added datas to my plan just so I could receive images by SMS but I still can't.

Apologies for the unpleasant situation.

I have verified your mobile plan and there is no mobile data included in it, which is required in order to be able to view the MMS you have received.

You can either go to My plans- Manage plan- Adjust plan to register a plan change that comes into effect at your plan's renewal date, or purchase an add-on for this cycle from My plans- Manage plan- Add-on, which comes into effect instantly after purchase.

Aditionally, I see that you have a perk of 500 MB  and an upgrade of 250 MB in My account- Overview- My rewards.
