I called the carrier and they told me they left it at the door. Never saw it?? They never rang the door!
I look all over our front yard, nothing. Carrier was no help and rude.

Chat with Fizz to explain the situation and issue a refund request.
They should invite you to get a new card in the mean time.

Just contact the support of Fizz they will give your money back and you can rebuy one or just go to a couche-tard and buy it there.

As suggested. Contact Fizz support and they will send you a new simcard as well as issue a refund for the simcard you did not receive.
I wonder when that happens if it is a neighbor that got a missed delivery. 📫️
please try to track your package and find the problem , or by sim-card through Couche-Tard .
