Hi everyone,

I have an issue with my modem, the only light that is on is the power light, anyone has had this issue before? What to do to get it fixed?

You should open a new question for that topic. However, you could start by power cycling your modem (unplug from the wall then plug it back in)

Try a power off#on and if its not work can you give us more detail ? Did you use the modem as router or use your own router ?
