Bug with managing my plan

In your profile, click on "my plans" than you can manage your plan. You can add extra data with addon or you can change your plan, but it will be only available on the next billing cycle

make sure you are really connected:
- disconnect explicitly with the left menu option "►Log out"
- close all Fizz tabs in your browser
- clear your cache and cookies ( anything like *.fizz.ca )
- reconnect
Other things you can try:
- connect with another browser
- connect with another device
- use incognito mode
- make sure no browser plugin blocks the page
