Repeated Call Failures

Is anyone else in Ottawa experiencing Call Failures in Ottawa? I cannot make any phone calls and it is impacting my work!

Sorry im not in Ottawa but do you cellphone get signal ? (do you see the fizz service on you lock screen ?)

Try to restart/remove and reinsert the sim card.

Is it intermittent? If permanent, have a look at your account (overview or profile) or even history (transaction or order) https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/profile

Might have a clue there.
